Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name on television. Her parents are Mexican-American and Irish-American. Her birthplace was in Ohio's Columbus on the 26th of December the 26th of December, 1976. In the next few years, she moved to Texas to pursue a physical therapy career within the University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas just a few months before moving to Orlando Florida. She took on a variety of roles in acting, such as local independent films and commercials. In spite of the minor roles, she discovered that she was a performer with a passion. Then she moved into New York and in 2001 she landed her first role in the soap opera daytime All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of 2000 she had small parts in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got her first role in a major series in the drama The Mountain. De La Garza, who played Maria Serrano on The Mountain was lucky to be able to appear with a variety of famous TV actors, such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch. Her role most well-known for is the A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. She was featured in 85 episodes. Her character then flocked to the short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been nominated several times for her performance in the show, including Best Supporting Actress in Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She was awarded an Impact Award in 2008 for her outstanding performance on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then chosen as a recurring character in CSI Miami. She played Marisol Deko, Horatio Caine's wife. She played the character Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. After just two episodes, the show was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger sister is Cory and is Italian by origin. She was brought up in a conservative, religious family. Milano started her acting career at seven when her babysitter accompanied her to an acting audition. She was one of the four girls chosen from thousands of hopefuls. Milano appeared in advertisements in both Broadway and on TV as well, such as the American musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
